Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the mobile application Fliits, owned by Jarvis24 S.L., with address at Avinguda Pau Casals 13-15, 08021, Barcelona, Spain and CIF B75604249, registered in Spain (hereinafter, “the Company”, “we” or “FLiiTS”). When you register and use the app Fliits, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, you should not use the application.

1. Object of the app

FliITS App is a technological platform that allows delivery people or messengers (hereinafter, “the User” or “the Messenger”) to view and manage their shifts and work operations, as well as all the documentation related to their contractual relationship with Jarvis24 S.L.

The app is intended exclusively for authorized persons who collaborate with the platform under a commercial or employment contract.

2. Access requirements

To use the app, the User must:

• Be of legal age and have legal capacity to act.
• Have the proper authorization or contract with Jarvis24 S.L. to operate as a messenger.
• Have a compatible mobile phone and internet access.
• Accept these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy.
• Accept the use of GPS and permissions required by the app to work properly.

3. Registration and Authentication

The User must register by providing true, updated and complete information. Jarvis24 S.L reserves the right to verify this data and suspend accounts that do not meet the requirements or incur misuse.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Any unauthorized use must be notified immediately.

4. Use of the application

The User undertakes to:

• Use the app in a responsible, professional manner and in accordance with current regulations.
• Use the application as the main element of your performance and work planning.
• Do not use the app for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Do not manipulate or attempt to alter the technical operation of the app.
• Report incidents, failed deliveries or irregular situations truthfully.

The use of GPS is mandatory while the User is active on the platform. This allows for real-time tracking of deliveries for logistics and security purposes.

5. License for use

Jarvis24 S.L. grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app exclusively for the intended purposes. It is not allowed to:

• Modify, distribute, decompile or reverse engineer the app.
• Use the app for purposes other than those authorized.
• Copy or reproduce all or part of your content without authorization.

6. Suspension or cancellation of the account

FLiITS may suspend or cancel the User's access in the event of:

• Breach of these terms.
• Fraudulent, negligent, or unethical behavior on the platform.
• Prolonged inactivity.
• Termination of the contractual relationship.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual and industrial property rights to the FLiITS app, its design, code, contents and brands belong to Jarvis24 S.L. or to third party licensors.

The use of the app does not imply the transfer of any intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of liability

FLiITS acts as a technological tool for operational management. It does not guarantee:

• The uninterrupted availability of the app.
• The absence of errors or technical interruptions.
• The assignment of a certain number of deliveries to the User.

The Company will not be responsible for losses derived from the misuse of the app or for external causes such as network, device, or third party failures.

10. Amendments

Jarvis24 S.L. may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after such changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, unless otherwise provided by law.
