You deliver on yours: bike, scooter, motorbike, or car. And if you have not got one, we rent you one.

What people ask us most
Signing up
What do I need to start?
To be of legal age and hold a valid dowód osobisty or paszport with the right to work, a smartphone with data and a vehicle: bike, scooter, motorbike, or car. It does not have to be your own: our partner Bezproblem rents you one.
How do I sign up?
In the FLiiTS app: you register and leave your details there. Then we check your documents and activate your account online. You do not even have to leave the house.
Do I need delivery experience?
No. We tell you what you need to know before your first delivery, and from then on support is there whenever you need it. The platforms’ apps are easy: accept the order, set the address, deliver.
Do I have to use my own vehicle?
Yes, you deliver on your own. But if you have not got one, get in touch: our partner Bezproblem rents you an e-bike or a motorbike at a 20% discount.
If I register today, when do I start working?
It depends on how your city stands at the time: it can be the next day, or a few days later. It usually takes no more than 24 hours.
Which cities can I deliver in?
Every city where the platforms we work with are available, such as Glovo. The map further up shows the main ones.
Can I change city?
Yes. We work in many cities, so if you move you can keep delivering in the new one. It is for permanent moves, not for delivering a single day somewhere else.
Contract and hours
What kind of contract do you offer?
It depends on your situation, but it is always a legal contract: we work only with a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie).
What are the working hours like?
You decide when and where you work. A week off? No problem: you are your own boss.
Is there weekend work?
Yes. The busiest days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so you generally deliver on those three.
Pay
When do you pay?
You are paid as soon as the billing period closes in the app. In practice that means your money reaches your account every week, and we take care of your taxes.
How do I know how much I will earn?
Each order is priced individually and you choose which ones to accept. On top of that you get access to bonuses. The most active couriers earn over 10,000 PLN a month.
Does the bank account have to be in my name?
It is not strictly required, but we do recommend it: if the IBAN you give us is your own, you save yourself trouble later on.

How do I get in touch with FLiiTS?
Three ways. From the app, for anything urgent while you are out delivering. By email to poland@fliits.com, for what needs more explaining and is not urgent. And at your nearest office, if you would rather be helped in person.
What happens if I have an accident?
There is a dedicated phone number for accidents, answered at any hour. You always have it to hand in the app.
