FAQ
To be of legal age and hold a valid Personalausweis or Aufenthaltstitel with the right to work, a smartphone with data and your own vehicle: bike, scooter, motorbike, or car. Nothing else.
You fill in the form with your details and pick the day you want to come to the training session. There we explain everything and you pick up your kit.
No. The training session covers everything you need to know before your first delivery, and from then on support is there whenever you need it.
Yes, you deliver on your own. What we need is a vehicle you can make deliveries efficiently with.
It depends on how your city stands at the time: it can be the next day, or a few days later. At the training session we give you an approximate date, and we call you to confirm it just before you start.
We operate in Spain, Germany and Poland. The map further up shows the main cities in each country.
Yes. We work in many cities, so if you move you can keep delivering in the new one. It is for permanent moves, not for delivering a single day somewhere else.
Fixed-term contracts of 30 or 15 hours a week, and 8 hours for minijobbers.
Rotating, and you know them one to two weeks ahead. Shifts are 6 hours at most: generally two a day on 30-hour contracts, and one at night on 15-hour ones and on minijobs.
Yes. The busiest days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so you generally deliver on those three.
Every two weeks we advance you what you have earned in that period, so you are not left waiting until the end of the month. At the start of the month the payslip is issued and we pay whatever is outstanding.
On a bike or scooter you have variable incentives on the orders you make and the distance you cover, plus the weekly challenges and others; and if the total came in below the legal minimum in any month, FLiiTS guarantees it. By car or motorbike it is a fixed monthly amount plus mileage.
It is not strictly required, but we do recommend it: if the IBAN you give us is your own, you save yourself trouble later on.
Three ways. From the app, for anything urgent while you are out delivering. By email to hallo@fliits.com, for what needs more explaining and is not urgent. And at your nearest office, if you would rather be helped in person.
There is a dedicated phone number for accidents, answered at any hour. You always have it to hand in the app.
