At FLiiTS we process users personal data for the following purposes:

• To manage access to and use of the services offered through the website and the mobile application.

• To operate the platform that manages deliveries and assigns orders to couriers.

3. Access to location (GPS)

The FLiiTS application accesses and collects GPS location data from the courier device during their working day, including while the application is running in the background. This includes precise geographic coordinates in real time, route history and timestamps associated with each position.

This information is used exclusively to: assign orders to the nearest available courier once they have checked in, track active deliveries in real time, optimise delivery routes, confirm arrival at the delivery point, and coordinate the courier fleet.

Location collection starts when the courier checks in and stops when the shift ends or they log out.

4. Legal basis for the processing

The legal basis for processing your data is:

• Performance of a contract or the taking of steps prior to entering into one.
• The consent of the data subject, in the case of commercial communications or subscriptions.
• Legitimate interest in analysing and improving the service provided.
• The employment relationship or provision of services, for the processing of courier data in the course of their work.

Personal data will be kept for as long as a contractual or commercial relationship with the user exists, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law or until consent is withdrawn.

In such cases it will be ensured that those third parties comply with data protection legislation. FLiiTS clients may receive information about the approximate position of the courier, strictly in order to know the status of their delivery.
