Terms and conditions of use

1. Purpose of the app

The FLiiTS App is a technology platform that allows couriers (hereinafter "the User" or "the Courier") to view and manage their shifts and day-to-day work, along with all documentation relating to their contractual relationship with Fliits24 S.L.

The app is intended exclusively for authorised persons who work with the platform under a commercial or employment contract.

2. Access requirements

To use the app, the User must:

• Be of legal age and have the legal capacity to act.
• Hold the appropriate authorisation or contract with Fliits24 S.L. to work as a courier.
• Have a compatible mobile phone and access to the internet.
• Accept these Terms and Conditions of use and the Privacy Policy.
• Accept the use of GPS and the permissions the app requires in order to work correctly.

3. Registration and authentication

The User must register providing truthful, up-to-date and complete information. Fliits24 S.L reserves the right to verify this information and to suspend accounts that do not meet the requirements or that are misused.

The User is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential. Any unauthorised use must be reported immediately.

4. Use of the application

The User undertakes to:

• Use the app responsibly, professionally and in accordance with applicable law.
• Use the application as the main tool for their work and its planning.
• Not use the app for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Not tamper with or attempt to alter the technical operation of the app.
• Report incidents, failed deliveries or irregular situations truthfully.

Use of GPS is mandatory while the User is active on the platform. This allows deliveries to be tracked in real time for logistical and safety purposes.

5. Licence of use

Fliits24 S.L. grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app solely for its intended purposes. The following are not permitted:

• Modifying, distributing, decompiling or reverse engineering the app.
• Using the app for purposes other than those authorised.
• Copying or reproducing its content in whole or in part without authorisation.

6. Suspension or cancellation of the account

FLiiTS may suspend or cancel the User access in the event of:

• Breach of these terms.
• Fraudulent or negligent conduct, or conduct contrary to the ethics of the platform.
• Prolonged inactivity.
• Termination of the contractual relationship.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual and industrial property rights in the FLiiTS app, its design, code, content and trade marks belong to Fliits24 S.L. or to third-party licensors.

Use of the app does not imply the assignment of any intellectual property right.

8. Limitation of liability

FLiiTS acts as a technological tool for operational management. It does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability of the app.
• The absence of errors or technical interruptions.
• The assignment of any particular number of deliveries to the User.

The Company will not be liable for losses arising from misuse of the app or from causes beyond its control such as network failures, device failures or third parties.

9. Amendments

Fliits24 S.L. may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be notified through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after such changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, unless the law provides otherwise.
